Ch. Tahir Amin was the son of Ch. Muhammad Amin (Late) Founder of CFD. Ch. Tahir Amin was born in Sialkot on 15-11-1951. He did his BSc Engineering from Dayaram Jethamal Science College (D.J Science College) Karachi Pakistan in 1972. After his graduation he started working in CFD as Technical Director. He devoted his whole life for the improvement of manufacturing standards in CFD. He made CFD to stand internationally with pride and honor. He introduced new manufacturing techniques that help CFD to produce its products in less time.
With the help of this CFD products become more cost-efficient and were able to deliver products in mean time. He was the founder of Mind Works. The company was established in April, 1995 to better serve the medical industry in purchasing high quality, cost efficient surgical instruments. The rest is history. He was the father of Mr. Hassan Amin current Chief Executive of Mind Works (Private) Limited. He was died at the age of 52 on 14-12-2003. We pray to Almighty Allah that may his sole rest in peace (AAMEEN).
