Our History

It was the year 1823 when a few talented workers from Sialkot, who were our forefathers, joined hands to start production of surgical instruments and small hand tools under the name Ch. Fazal Din & Sons (CFD) with its head office at Paris road. Having been established in the year 1823, the company is almost 185 years old. At present it is situated at Daska Road Sialkot, which is considered as industrial zone.

Founder of M/s Ch. Fazal Din & Sons (Private) Ltd. was Ch. Muhammad Amin (Late). He put his great efforts to streamline this organization to meet the requirement. He devoted himself for the betterment of the organization. He promoted the modern surgical vast range of instrument and achieved the highest result. He also introduced small hand tools and tool kits.

Mr. Ch. Muhammad Asif Amin (Late) Executive Director made un-tire able efforts for the improvement of present M/s Ch. Fazal Din & Sons (Private) Ltd. His dedication and hard work streamlined industrial undertaking for increasing the defence production. He was actual man who introduces the firm in the field of defence products. He improved himself to have the good relationship with the Defence organizations and promote the business. We may add that under the guidance of Mr. Ch. Muhammad Asif Amin (Late), we are the leading supplier of various Defence products and supplying the numerous Defence products to the Govt. of Pakistan.

We are serving in this field since 1963. It is prove of confidence in (CFD) products and our production has acclaimed as good of any and proved true to recognized test. It is exclusively Defence Oriented, manufacturing Ordnance support equipment for Pakistan Defence services and export for the last 44 years. We enjoy enviable reputation both in defence circles and other commercial sectors. At present Ch. Muhammad Zahir Amin is chief Executive of this organization. We have splitted into various Industries who are looking after separately by the company heads.

Mr. Ch. Muhammad Tahir Amin (Late) Technical Director of M/s Ch. Fazal Din & Sons (Private) Ltd. was the founder of Mind Works. The company was established in April, 1995 to better serve the medical industry in purchasing high quality, cost efficient surgical instruments. In Year 2007 Mind Works Incorporated as Private Limited Company at Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. At present Mr. Hassan Amin Son of Mr. Ch. Muhammad Tahir Amin (Late) is Chief Executive of M/s Mind Works (Private) Ltd. He is a man of principle and tackles the situation in a polite and moderate manner. Under his dynamic leadership and guidance, the Board of Directors are ready to accept the challenges of 21st century. We pray Almighty Allah for the betterment and prosperity of this Organization (AAMEEN).
